LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

Lombard Ford is grateful for the continued loyal patronage of our customers and to show our appreciation we have established our Loyalty Rewards Program. With each retail visit you make our Service Department:

to service your vehicle
to buy parts
or to purchase accessories

we will credit reward points to your customer loyalty account at the rate of 5% of the amount of your paid invoice. Each loyalty reward point has a value of $1.00. These reward points can be redeemed for future service work, to purchase parts and accessories, as well as, be used toward the purchase of a new or used vehicle from Lombard Ford. See details below.

What must you do to join the program?
Absolutely nothing.

You are automatically enrolled and receive customer loyalty points whenever you make a service or parts purchase in your customer number.

If you are not already a Lombard Ford customer, then become one today and begin receiving your Loyalty Rewards points.

Program details: The loyalty rewards point earning rate of 5% will not be applied to insurance deductibles, collision or body shop repairs,sales tax or waste disposal fees. Fleet, Wholesale and/or Reseller accounts are not eligible for this program. The loyalty reward points can only be redeemed at Lombard Ford and can not be redeemed for cash. The maximum amount of loyalty points that can be applied toward the purchase of a new or used vehicle is 1,000.00. Lombard Ford reserves the right to change or terminate this program at any time at their discretion without prior notification.
